Therefore™ Smart Capture License Types

The Therefore™ Smart Capture has two types of licenses, Prepaid or Monthly Subscription. Below is a description of the items displayed in the License Info dialog for each of these license types.

Note: Model availability may vary based on region.

Common information for both licenses

Line Item Recognition
Indicates whether Line Item Recognition is active or inactive. This can be changed in the Settings dialog.

Note: For billing purposes, it only matters if Line Item Recognition is checked or unchecked - the number of checked line items is not relevant.

Prepaid

Available pages
Indicates the number of Therefore™ Smart Capture pages currently available.

Pages consumed during the last 4 weeks
Indicates the number of Therefore™ Smart Capture pages that were used during the last 4 weeks.

Monthly Subscription

Pages licensed per month
Indicates the number of Therefore™ Smart Capture pages licensed per month.

Pages available for this period
Indicates the number of Therefore™ Smart Capture pages available for the current billing period. A billing period always runs from the 25th of a month until the 25th of the next month.

Pages consumed in the current billing period
Indicates the number of Therefore™ Smart Capture pages that were used during the current billing period.

Pages consumed in the previous billing period
Indicates the number of Therefore™ Smart Capture pages that were used during the previous billing period.
