Therefore™ Smart Capture Dialogs

Right-click on the Smart Capture node of the Therefore™ Solution Designer to open the Smart Capture dialogs.

License info
Opens a dialog with information about the current Therefore™ Smart Capture license. This includes 'Licensing mode', number of available pages and number of pages used in the last 4 weeks for the Extractor or the Classifier.

Note: Licensing mode can either be Monthly subscription or Prepaid: Monthly Subscription The user pays monthly for a certain amount of pages. More credits can be used for an extra fee. Leftover Smart Capture pages will be carried over into the next month and can be used. Prepaid The user buys a certain number of pages. There is no time limit for consuming Therefore™ Smart Capture pages. As long as there are Smart Capture pages available and the system is live and running the pages can be used.

Consumption report
Generates a usage report that shows detailed information about pages consumption for each of the Smart Capture queues for your tenant.

Select processor type
Opens a drop-down to select which processor type the reports will be for.

Select processor
Given the selected processor type, allows the user to select which processors under that type are to be visible on the report.

Report period
Select from a drop-down what time period the report is meant to encompass. These can be last month, last three months, last year and last three years.

Once changes are made to the settings above, the user may click the Redraw report button in the top right corner to generate the report. Additionally, users may export the report as a .csv file or copy it into their clipboard.

New Extractor
Opens a dialog to configure a new Therefore™ Smart Capture queue.

Name
Enter a name for the new queue.

Engine
Select a Therefore™ Smart Capture engine from the drop-down list. Different engines offer different fields to capture.

Language
Pick a Therefore™ Smart Capture schema from the drop-down list.
