Workflow

The Therefore™ Solution Designer includes an integrated workflow module which makes it possible to create, modify and save Therefore™ workflow processes.

Root node context menu
Clicking on the workflow root node shows the folders or workflows on the level directly below it as well as their IDs.
Right-clicking on the workflow root node opens a context menu with the following options. Some of these options are also available in the context menus of folders and specific workflows.

New Process
Create a new workflow process.

New Folder
Creates a new folder to organize your workflows.

Settings

Export
Therefore™ allows workflow process definitions to be exported as an XML file. Exported processes can be later imported into this, or other Therefore™ systems. It is also possible to just export the latest version of a workflow.

Security Report
Creates a security report that contains all security settings for all workflows. It allows you to document the final security configuration after installing a system. The security report is stored as a .csv file which can be viewed with Microsoft Excel.

Security
View and edit role-based access for anything below this node.
