Therefore™ Online

  • Provided access to the Therefore™ Online error log to administrators

Therefore™ Integrations

  • Added AI document assistant for answering document-based questions in Therefore™ Web Client and Therefore™ Viewer. For production use, users need to bring their own Microsoft Foundry credentials.

  • Microsoft Entra ID integration: Introduced v2 Endpoints and MSAL for advanced authentication scenarios. This upgrade is backwards compatible. More information can be found in the Upgrade section of the Release Notes.

  • Redeveloped Print to Therefore™ feature to ensure compatibility with current Microsoft technology, enabling it to function on current Windows versions such as Windows 11

Therefore™ Web Client

  • Added the option for administrators to define customized index data layouts for the Therefore™ Web Client according to the needs of their organization

  • Added improvements to annotations, including adding sticky notes and additional shape properties

Therefore™ Portal

Added the following options to the new Therefore™ Portal:

  • Downloading documents from hit-lists

  • Customization and branding options

Therefore™ Viewer

  • Sped up opening of documents in the Therefore™ Viewer

Therefore™ Core

  • Enhanced functionality of mailbox monitoring by adding the option to save attachments as separate Therefore™ documents

  • Added multi-threaded processing of jobs to the Therefore™ Content Connector in order to speed up processing time

  • Added an info text property for index data fields enabling admins to provide end users with custom tooltips

  • Added the new scripting function LastSyncStart to help with incremental synchronization of Referenced Web Service tables

  • Added new scripting functions:

    - AddComment for document and case comments

    - DecimalToString to convert decimals into strings

  • Optimized performance for Workflow hitlist building

Therefore™ Workflow

  • Added Workflow instance variables to allow users to store information on an instance level

  • Added the option to embed buttons and links into Workflow task notification emails allowing recipients to trigger workflow transitions directly from email links

  • Enhanced the Embed Index Data Workflow task by allowing users to assign values to XML tag attributes

Therefore™ Clients

  • Added the option to install multiple Therefore™ client versions on the same machine for partners who need multiple versions of the Therefore™ Solution Designer to manage customer systems running on different versions
