View History

In the Therefore™ Web Client, while viewing a document, case or workflow select the 'History' option from the Actions menu. This will open a dialog showing a history of changes. |
Clicking the 'Events' drop-down in the top left corner of the dialogue allows the user to select which type of event to filter for. For a detailed overview on the information available in this dialogue, see:
History
When viewing the history of a document, users can click on the version number on an event to open that version of the document in a new tab.
When viewing the history of a workflow or case, users can click on 'View document' to view the document related to the respective history event in a new tab.
