Cases
Cases are represented in the interface by blue box icons. They may contain categories within them. |
The index data fields defined for a case definition - for example, customer name and address - are applied to all categories within the case.
Opening a case leads the user to the following landing page:
While navigating cases the user will find an action menu on the right side of the screen. View the Action Menu section for more information:
