Update Case Header

Update Case Header
The Update Case Header task updates index data in the case header. This task is only available for workflows based on a category belonging to a case. This is an automatic task executed by the system with no user interaction.

Edit
The update configuration settings can be edited.

Script
The advanced scripting options are the same as those found in indexing profiles. For each field of the case definition, enter the desired value under Assignment. The drop-down box will display fields from the case header and category, as well as workflow objects. Customized VB scripting can also be used for assignments.
