Workflow Instances in the Hit-list

The workflow hit-list displays a list of instances containing workflow tasks that require action from the user.

The first hit-list column is used to display an error status if applicable. Overdue instances are marked in red.

A right-click on an instance opens a context menu. Most options in the context menu are identical to the options in the Workflow tab of the ribbon menu:

Process / Finish Task
If the setting 'Allow instance processing in Therefore™ Navigator' was selected at design time, the user can select a process action from the hit-list without opening the task in the Therefore™ Viewer. The available options, such as 'Approve' or 'Deny' are defined by the administrator.
