Workflow Tab
The Workflow tab contains the ribbon menu associated with workflow actions. The ribbon menu can be customized. It includes the following options by default:
Favorites Options

Add Item Add the selected item to your Favorites list. |

Remove Item Removes a selected item from the Favorites list. |
|
Move Up / Move Down Change the order of items in the Favorites list. |
Views Options
|
My Instances Displays all workflow instances assigned to the current user in the hit-list. |

All Instances Displays all instances of this workflow process in the hit-list. Clicking on the dropdown error shows additional options to filter the results, for example to show all currently running instances or to display all instances that are in an error state for troubleshooting. The options are: All Instances, All Running, All Finished, and All Error. |

Configure Views Configure which index data fields should be displayed as columns in the hit-list, as well as sorting and grouping of search results. |

Show Statistics Opens a graphic representation of the workflow process that includes information on the currently active instances, and the task they are currently at. Hovering over a task displays further information. The numbers next to each task represent the number of instances in an overdue state and experiencing an error. |
Instances Options

Open Opens the selected workflow instance in the Therefore™ Viewer. |
|
History Shows the workflow history for the selected workflow instance, both as an animated graphic and a list. |
|
Delegate Delegate selected workflow instances to other users. |
|
Clear Errors Clear all workflow errors for the selected instances. This option is only available for users with Operator permissions. |

Claim This option is available for workflow instances that are assigned to a group of users. Clicking this option claims the instance to be processed by the current user. |
|
Unclaim
Unclaiming an instance makes it available to the group for processing again. |
|
Delete Delete the selected instance or instances. |
Operations Options
|
Reroute Reroute an active workflow instance to another process version or task. Manual tasks can be assigned to specific users. |
|
Reroute to active version Reroute a workflow instance to the same task in the currently active version of the same workflow process. |
