Therefore™ XML Web Service

The XML Web Service enables users to connect the standard Therefore™ applications via HTTPS.

The Web API is a part of XML Web Service and allows a third party client to connect to the Therefore™ server via SOAP and REST web service endpoints.

Therefore™ Online Server Connection

In the Therefore™ Solution Designer, go to File > 'Connection'.

To connect from an installed Therefore™ client via internet using the XML web service connection the service address and the tenant name need to be specified.

Server Address

The server address for Therefore™ Online follows the pattern specified below. Replace 'tenantname' with the name of your Therefore™ Online tenant.

Tenant Name

Since Therefore™ Online is essentially a large multi-tenant system, the tenant name must be specified under 'Multi-Tenancy Settings'. Enter the name of your Therefore™ Online tenant here.
