Working with Read-only licenses

Read-only licenses limit users to the 'Read' permission set and cannot be extended. Read-only licenses are assigned to a pool of users, who consume one license point whenever they access the system.  As soon as they log off again, this license point becomes available to other members of the pool.

Note: Read-only users cannot participate in a workflow.

1. Right-click on the Therefore™ object and choose License.

2. The license dialog will be displayed and the number of Read-only licenses shown.

3. Click the Read-only Users tab.  Click Add to add users to the pool of read-only license users.
