Setting Conditions

When setting roles at a category, case, or index data field level, conditions based on specific index data field values can be defined. The way conditions work is that a role is gained when a condition is met.

Conditions are described in functions using operators.

To define a condition, navigate to the Role Assignment dialog and click the arrow next to the field labeled 'Conditions'.

In the Role Assignment dialog, click the arrow button displayed next to the Conditions field; this will open up the Objects and Functions dialog to define the condition.
