Settings

Tap on the tribar icon on the left side of the screen (≡) and select Settings to open the settings menu for the Therefore™ Go app.

Note: Notifications are currently only available for Therefore™ Online Systems.

Connection Settings

Server name
The name of your Therefore™ Server.

Port number
The port number must be specified. This port number must be the same as the XML Web Service Port as defined in the Therefore™ Solution Designer.

Tenant
For hosted or multi-tenant server environments the name of the tenant must be specified. In addition, the configuration file "TheXMLServer.exe.config" must be changed. This can be found on the server where the Therefore™ XML Server was installed, in the Therefore installation folder. Then within the configuration file, the relevant section needs to be activated.

OK
Pressing this button starts the connection to the Therefore™ Server.

Therefore™ Online Systems: Server name: <tenantname>.thereforeonline.com Port number: 443 Tenant: <tenant name>

Workflow Settings

Load all workflows

Select an option whether to load all the available instances automatically.

This setting is only available on tablets.

Image Settings

Resize captured images
Enables photos that are taken on the fly and those saved into the local gallery to be downsized prior to being saved in Therefore™. Downsizing the original image will reduce its quality.

Notification Settings

Enable Notifications
Enabling this will allow users to receive notifications. For more information on using these, see our tutorial:

Note: Users must be signed in to Therefore™ Go in order to receive the notifications. If signed out, they will no longer receive them. In case there are any device settings or errors conflicting with notifications, the user will be notified of those on this page.
