Clients Connecting via XML

For clients connecting via XML a transfer folder needs to be specified.

To use an XML Transfer Folder in a multi-tenant environment, some settings in the XML Web Service configuration file need to be changed. Please see to the Multi-Tenancy manual for more details: Multi-Tenancy

1. The user running the Therefore™ XML Web Service and the user running the Therefore™ Server service need full control of this folder.

2. For installations where the Therefore™ XML Web Service is installed on a different server to the Therefore™ Server, the folder needs to be shared and the user running the Therefore™ XML Web Service and the user running the Therefore™ Server service need full control of it.

3. The location of this folder then needs to be specified under the advanced settings in the Therefore™ Solution Designer.
