AI Document Assistant Pane
The AI Document Assistant pane allows the user to send predefined prompts or free-text prompts to an AI model to receive document-based answers.
The AI document pane appears in the home ribbon menu of a document view if this feature is active and enabled for the category the user is viewing. It is grouped under Integrations. Administrators can find more information about configuration in the Therefore™ Solution Designer manual:

Note: OCR Currently, no OCR is performed on reference files. For that reason, only text contained in reference files can be considered in answers provided by the AI Document Assistant. |
Prompts
Opening the pane displays a welcome screen with clickable predefined prompts. After selecting it, users can edit the prompts in the input pane before sending them.
Show less prompts / show more prompts (toggle)
Show either more or less predefined prompts.
Users can take the following actions while interacting with the AI Document Assistant:

Add Reference files The currently viewed file of the document is automatically added as a reference when the user sends a prompt. Using this button, additional reference files can be added. Regarding the total number of reference files, all files from the current document can be added. On top of that, 10 additional reference files can be added. |
