Server Event Log

With the Therefore™ Console it is possible to check a report of all server events related to the tenant stored by Therefore™ Online. Administrators can refine the list of results with several filtering options described below. Only events within the last 30 days are visible, as anything older than is no longer stored.

Selecting 'Server Event Log' from the File drop down menu opens a filter dialog.

Server Event Log Filter

Time Range
Select from one of the available time stamps or define a custom range between two date-times. This will follow the server's timezone settings. The available time stamps alongside defining a custom range are:

Last 1 Hour
Last 4 Hours
Last 12 Hours
Last 24 Hours
Last 48 Hours
Last 3 Days
Last 7 Days
Last 30 Days

Scope and Codes

Source
Select which sources of events should be included. These can be 'Content Connector', 'Therefore™ Server' or 'XML Server'.

Severity
Select which degree of event severity should be included. These can be 'Information'. 'Warning' or 'Error'.

Error Code
Specify which error code should be filtered for.

System error code
Specify which system error code should be filtered for.
