Indexing profile
The indexing profile that should be used to process the emails.

Subject filter
A filter can be specified to include e-mails based on the subject. For example, Invoice* will only allow e-mails starting with "Invoice" in the subject line.

Storage format
The format that file should be stored as. Default is .eml which is the native Microsoft Exchange mail format. Mails can also be stored as .msg (which is the Outlook default format).  If PDF or PDF/A-1b is chosen then it is possible to also specify a personal certificate and external timestamp.
Sign with Server Certificate
Before saving, the user can select a personal certificate with which to sign the PDF.
Apply external timestamp
An external timestamp is applied to the signature before saving. You can configure which external timestamp server to use in the Solution Designer. An external time stamp makes sure that the time is exactly correct and not dependent on the Server settings which could be changed.

Note: To install the certificate as a machine certificate, specify the name of the certificate in the registry for use with Therefore: set HKLM\Software\Therefore\Client\SignCertName to the name of the certificate

Error handling
Abort processing
Will stop the indexing process if an error is encountered.
Log and continue
The error will be logged and then the indexing will continue with the next field.
Ignore
This index value will not be filled in, and no error will be reported.

Content
Specify how emails and their attachments should be saved from the drop-down options. Additionally, it is possible to add file types to an attachment filter below.

Save email and attachments in one file
Both the email and all attachments are saved into a single file in one Therefore™ document.

Save email and attachments in separate files
The email itself and each attachment are saved as separate files in one Therefore™ document.

Save email without attachments
The email is saved into one Therefore™ document. The attachments are not saved.

Save attachments only (single document)
The email is not saved, but every attachment is, as separate files into one Therefore™ document.
