System Requirements
The Therefore™ Connector for Business Central can be used with any version of Business Central, that is 15 or higher. For Business Central Version 14 the Navision connector can be used.
Both the on-premises and online (365) versions of Business Central are supported. They can be connected to Therefore™ servers running on-premises and online, as long as the Therefore™ WebAPI is reachable from the Business Central Server.
Licensing
Business Central License
The Therefore™ Connector for Business Central can be obtained from the Therefore™ Support team or it can be downloaded from the Business Central Marketplace. Additionally, the Business Central license has to be modified by a Business Central partner to be able to use the connector. Please contact the Therefore™ support team at support@therefore.net with the VoiceID of the Business Central partner, so they may authorize them as a 'reseller'.
The Business Central partner will then be able to issue a license for the following connector object:

Therefore™ License
Using the Business Central connector requires purchasing the license point “Connector for Microsoft Dynamics NAV” in Therefore™. This is a paid license point.
Actions performed in a user context also require a user license. Examples of actions performed in a user context are saving a document by using the DropZone or report creation (e.g., when booking or printing). It is also possible to execute report creation with the NAS User which will not consume a user license. See the description for the setting User NAS User for ‘Archive Immediately’ on the Home tab for more information.
Actions performed by the NAS Job Queue will not require a user license. It does require configuration of the NAS User in the Home tab. The user added in this configuration must have sufficient Therefore™ permissions.

The connector can only be loaded for those listed pages. It will only be loaded if a Mapping exists as well.
If additional pages are needed it is possible to implement your own BC App to extend a certain page and load the Therefore™ Connector DropZone. It is also possible to use the App, to react on certain events/triggers, and to call functions of the connector directly.
