Cloud Storage

Cloud storage allows users to save documents with select cloud storage platforms: Microsoft OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, BOX.

New Cloud Storage
Opens the Configure Cloud Storage dialog. Define a new Cloud Storage.

New Folder
Creates a new folder underneath the Cloud Storage node.

Export
Exports the policy configuration as an xml file.

Right-click on a specific device opens another context menu.

Open
Opens the New Cloud Storage definition.

Delete
Deletes the New Cloud Storage definition.

Export
Exports the policy configuration as an xml file.

New Cloud Storage

Name
Name of the device (defined by the Therefore™ Administrator).

Cloud storage provider
Select the cloud storage provider from the drop-down list.

Authenticate
Takes the user to an external web page to authenticate their cloud provider's user account with Therefore™.

Current Configuration

Authenticated
Indicates whether the user's account details have been authenticated.
User
Indicates the authenticated account username of the cloud storage provider.
E-mail
Indicates the authenticated account email address of the cloud storage provider.

Google Drive Application Dialog

Client ID
Enter the User Client ID for the Google Drive Application.

Client secret
Enter the User Client Secret for the Google Drive Application.
