Document-details View
The left pane lists batches, documents and then scanned pages in a tree structure. The right pane is used to display scanned pages, and alternatively to list all the scanned documents and their details (Document-details view). To display the document details, click on a batch and to display a scanned page, click on a specific page. The header and content of the Document-Details view can be configured in the Profile settings. Via this pane a user can set index data for all documents in the batch.
There are three separate icons to distinguish between batches, documents and pages. A further icon shows which batch and document is currently active.

The following are options displayed in the context menu for a batch, document and page respectively. Only unique settings to each of the context menus have been described.
Batch Context Menu
Lock/Unlock
By default a batch is locked by a user who then has exclusive rights. If a batch is unlocked, another user can work on it. This is useful if a document is scanned at one scan station and indexed on a different system.
Scan Multi Pages
Scan multiple pages automatically. All pages in the scanner's ADF are processed.
Import
Import image files from the file system. Imported pages are handled exactly the same as scanned ones (i.e. barcode and OCR are supported).
Complete
Closes a batch and creates a new one. All documents in the batch will be saved at the same time. Any new documents, or documents that should not be saved at this time, must be saved to a new batch.
Save in Therefore™
Selecting this menu option saves the batch of documents, to Therefore™.
Delete
Deletes the current batch.
Properties
Displays the Batch Properties dialog with information regarding: profile used, number of documents, number of pages, who has currently locked the batch and when it was created.
Document Context Menu
Index Data
Displays the document's index data dialog.
Scan Single Page
To scan a single page, select the Single Page menu-item. Only the first page from the ADF is scanned.
Rescan
Rescan the document.
Add File
Any electronic files can be imported and added from a local hard drive or from a UNC path.
Print
The document is sent directly to the default printer.
Page Context Menu
Insert Break
It is possible to add a document break to an existing document containing 2 or more pages.
Remove Break
Documents can be merged by removing the document breaks. The pages will be added to the document next up in the tree-view.
