The DLL must be registered in both 64-bit (for the Workflow Engine/Server) and 32-bit (for the Therefore™ Solution Designer); the DLL will require a /codebase parameter for registration. In both cases, the system will need to detect the file in its registered location using RegAsm (from C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\... and also from C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\...). The project must then be built with the "Sign the Assembly" option to allow for the DLL's invocation.
