Signature Monitoring

Where integration with Digital Transaction Management (DTM) is installed at setup (currently available for DocuSign), the Therefore™ Content Connector can be used to monitor this integration and apply indexing profiles as required.

A right-click on the object opens a context menu.

New
Opens the Signature Monitoring dialog from which a configuration can be defined.

Export
Export configured profile.

Signature Monitoring Configuration

Name
A name for the input folder must be specified.

eSignature provider
Select from the list of defined eSignature providers.

Polling Interval
This determines how often the service will check for new files. The default value is 15 minutes.

Add
Opens the signature monitoring job dialog.

Indexing profile
The indexing profile that should be used to process the files.

Context
The context is required for matching the indexing profile to a document sent to an eSignature provider via the workflow.
